I have learned during my 84 years on this planet to put effort and energy in CHOOSING THE RIGHT COMPANY, then I can relax! I would definitely give A+ Sustainable Roof Coating 5 STARS PLUS. First of all, I previously have had multiple roof materials used in Santa Fe: foam, tar and gravel, rolled roofing, and TPO. After doing extensive research I chose Silicone Roofing because of its durability and NO Seams (to leak!). But choosing the right material is only 50%. Choosing the right company is the other 50%. I conducted a lot of research regarding the right application of silicone roofing from silicone manufacturing companies (GACO and Henry) and A+ Roofing was the ONLY company I interviewed that 1. Matched EXACTLY what the silicone production companies recommended for installation. PREPARATION is absolutely essential, especially cleaning and sealing the roof. 2. Using 100% silicone (which another well-advertised company does not use!) and 3. A+ gives the best warranty in the business. I should also mention that the A+ Roofing Team is hard-working, meticulous and respectful. Every day I went up on the roof with their foreman, Daniel, and reviewed each step. He was delighted to be of service (by the way, I had A+ Administration, Dave, Joe, and Jim, come out three times before I made my decision...I wanted to test their sense of dedication and service! I would grade them A+!). By the way, I noticed that my house is cooler on hot days because white silicone reflects heat.
